1. About Sri Lakshmi Motors
Sri Lakshmi Motors is a multi-brand electric vehicle showroom dealing in 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers only. We purchase EVs from various authorised dealers / suppliers and offer them from our showroom location so customers can compare options under one roof.
- You are buying from a physical showroom — we encourage an in-person visit before any payment.
- Vehicle availability, brands, colours, and variants change with stock. Listings on this website are indicative and may be updated without prior notice.
- Final sale is confirmed only after payment as agreed at the showroom and after you have inspected the vehicle.
2. Inspection before purchase (your responsibility)
Electric vehicles are technical products. Before completing purchase, you must:
- Inspect the vehicle thoroughly at the showroom (body, lights, switches, tyres, charger, display, locks, and accessories).
- Confirm brand, model, battery type (where disclosed), range claims, and features with our team.
- Take a short demo / test experience where offered, so you understand ride feel, controls, and charging basics.
- Ask any questions about running cost, charging time, load capacity, and suitable use (personal / commercial) before payment.
Once you confirm the vehicle and complete the purchase formalities, you acknowledge that you have selected the EV with full knowledge of its condition and specifications as explained at the time of sale.
3. No return, no exchange & no refund after purchase
Important: All vehicle sales at Sri Lakshmi Motors are final. Once an electric 2-wheeler or 3-wheeler is purchased (booking amount converted to sale / full payment received / delivery or handover completed, as applicable), the vehicle cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled for refund.
This policy applies because:
- EVs are registered / prepared for a specific buyer and leave the showroom floor as sold stock.
- Battery, electronics, and usage begin from the point of handover; used or ridden vehicles cannot be resold as new.
- Prices and dealer margins are linked to time-sensitive stock procurement; returns would unfairly shift cost to the showroom.
- Change of mind, preference for another colour/brand, family opinion, or finding a different price elsewhere does not qualify for return.
Exceptions (if any) are only at the sole discretion of Sri Lakshmi Motors management and only in rare cases such as proven major manufacturing defect identified immediately at handover and documented in writing — and even then, remedy may be repair / manufacturer process rather than cash refund. No verbal promise overrides this written policy.
4. Pricing, offers & payment
- Prices shown online (including “Ask for price”) are indicative. The final on-road or ex-showroom amount is confirmed at the counter.
- Government taxes, insurance, registration, RTO charges, accessories, and documentation fees (if applicable) are extra unless expressly included in writing.
- Offers, discounts, and freebies are valid only while stock lasts and only as stated on the invoice / bill.
- Payment should be made through modes accepted by the showroom. Keep your bill / invoice safe — it is required for any warranty claim support.
- A booking amount, if taken, is subject to the conditions explained at booking. Failure to complete purchase within the agreed time may result in forfeiture of booking as informed at that time.
5. Delivery, handover & ownership
- Ownership transfers to you upon successful payment and handover as recorded by the showroom.
- Please check the vehicle again at delivery — report any visible transit/handling issue before leaving the premises.
- After you leave with the vehicle, Sri Lakshmi Motors is not responsible for later physical damage, theft, misuse, or third-party incidents.
- Delivery timelines for out-of-stock or specially ordered units are estimates only and may vary due to supplier, transport, or documentation delays.
6. Warranty & after-sales
- Warranty, if applicable, is provided as per the respective brand / manufacturer / supplying dealer terms — not as an unlimited showroom guarantee.
- We will guide you with warranty contact channels and documentation based on the brand of your EV.
- Warranty typically does not cover accidental damage, water ingress from misuse, overload, wrong charger use, unauthorised repair, or normal wear (tyres, brake shoes, consumables, etc.).
- Service support availability depends on the brand network in your area. Ask our team about service options before you buy.
7. Battery, range & EV performance (please note)
Electric vehicle range and performance vary with real-world conditions. You understand and accept that:
- Advertised range is approximate and may reduce with rider weight, road, speed, hills, AC/load (for 3W), tyre pressure, temperature, and battery age.
- Battery health depends on correct charging habits, avoiding deep discharge where advised, and using the compatible charger.
- Sri Lakshmi Motors is not liable for expected range differences arising from riding style or operating conditions after sale.
- Battery replacement cost after warranty (if any) is the customer’s responsibility unless covered under a valid brand warranty.
8. Documents, registration & compliance
- You must provide accurate KYC / identity details required for billing and any registration assistance.
- RTO registration, number plate, insurance, and related statutory processes (where applicable) depend on local rules and authorities. Processing time is not fully controlled by the showroom.
- It is your duty to ride/operate the EV as per traffic law, carry required documents, and maintain valid insurance where mandated.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Sri Lakshmi Motors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of income from commercial 3-wheeler use).
- Our liability connected to a sale, if any, is limited to the remedies available under applicable brand warranty or the amount paid for the specific vehicle, whichever is applicable under law and the facts of the case.
- We are not responsible for website downtime, third-party links (including YouTube), or temporary stock/information mismatches online.
10. Website enquiries & content
- Submitting an enquiry on this website does not reserve a vehicle until confirmed by the showroom.
- Images are for representation; actual shade, accessories, and fitments may differ by batch/stock.
- You agree not to misuse the site (spam, scraping, or fraudulent enquiries).
